Former Carlow Councillor, Walter Lacey, objects to Carlow County Council’s “no mow” policy at the Carlow Workhouse Graveyard, which houses 3,000 plus deceased men, women and children who were victims of poverty, famine, cholera and injustice, as it appears overgrown and says it's disrespectful to those buried there.
