KCLR LIVE: Carlow Designer creates five-story light tower in Taiwan

We hear from Borris native Billy Canning, a renowned international chandelier designer about his latest creation, unveiled in Taoyuan City in Taiwan. The stunning five-story light installation "Cloud Nine"  was created to herald in the Chinese New Year with a light show every 30 minutes and includes symbolism powerful in both Eastern and Western cultures.
