KCCA to Create Urban Forest Reserve for Climate Resilience Promotion

<p>Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has revealed that Kampala Capital City Authority's five-year development plan 2021-2025 requires an annual budget of 1.5 trillion shillings to create an urban forest reserve which aims at promoting climate resilience.</p>
