<p>In this weeks episode Tarryn chats to New York Based performer, host and fitness professional &nbsp;Kate Cherichello</p> <p>Kates credits include &nbsp;Jersey Boys , Gypsy &nbsp;A Wonderful Life , Guys &amp; Dolls with Hal Linden &amp; Hugh Panaro and &nbsp;Smokey Joe’s Café . &nbsp;She has enjoyed working on multiple new stage shows in NYC and Chicago as well as TV &amp; film projects as an actor and host. &nbsp;Kate travels with the USO Show Troupe, performing for troops and their families. &nbsp;She currently hosts the weekly show, Some (More) Good News, shining a light on people doing good through their work. &nbsp;She has had the opportunity to interview people across the world in places like Japan and Bali, people working on Broadway, starting nonprofits, and more. &nbsp;Kate is also a fitness professional, teaching groups and training clients individually and in the corporate wellness sphere.</p>
