Kanu’s N20bn Suit Against Malami Discontinued

The hearing of the N20bn suit filed by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, against the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, has been discontinued. <br />Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja had fixed November 18 for the hearing of the suit, which also named the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, Ahmed Abubakar, as a defendant. <br />Kanu’s lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor, says the case had been discontinued. Kanu, through Ejimakor, had filed a writ of summons.
