They'll discuss what is self-determination &amp; what does it mean to the special needs community?</p> <p><br></p> <p>Mark Altieri has over a decade experience in managing self-directed long term care service models that maximize individual’s choice and control over their services. Mark earned his Master of Business Administration from Brandeis University’s Heller School of Social Policy and Management and has been a multi-time presenter at the National Home and Community Based Services conference.
