While your external environment is running on overdrive because you are putting unneeded pressure on yourself. “Shoulding” all over yourself leads to f</span><span style='font-weight: 400;'>eeling guilty and overwhelmed which breeds inaction and stagnancy, so the more you feel like you “should” do something, the less likely you’ll actually do it.</span></p> <p><span style='font-weight: 400;'>So just because you CAN, doesn’t mean you should. Get clear on what your values & boundaries are and how to become more energetically aligned with the things you do. </span></p> <p><span style='font-weight: 400;'>Maybe what you need instead is to give yourself permission to slow down, permission to rest, permission to show up less in some areas so you can show up MORE for yourself. </span></p>
