June 18: TODAY anchors reflect on fatherhood in annual Father's Day tradition

<p>Every year, the TODAY dads get together ahead of Father’s Day to reflect on fatherhood and to have a little fun. This year, Craig Melvin, Al Roker, Carson Daly and Willie Geist visit Pig Beach in Queens, New York for a BBQ feast. The dads share treasured family moments, lessons learned from the different stages of fatherhood and memories of their own fathers.</p>
