Open enrolling is no longer restricted in Iowa. Students can move freely between districts. ... school will contract for $1.69/ gallon for propane from Al's corner. That was the low bid. (see attached) ... Board members can now earn $20k working for the school while sitting on the board. This was increased from $6k. ... The Superintendant would like to do a 5-year-plan to pave the entire lot at an estimated $500k. The board gave the go ahead for the Superintendant to start going out for bids for an engineer to start the design process for the entire lot all at once. ... Administration was directed to get a price on repairing the Elementary parking lot. ... Cassondra Schachtner and Colleen Salsman were hired as associates. There will be a significant number of openings in the future and the board intends to game plan that at the September, 2022 meeting.
