She discussed a recent ruling by the courts, that upheld an arbitrator’s decision to force a company to rehire an employee they fired after being involved in a fatal vehicular accident. She also spoke about three Starbucks locations in New York, that held votes to unionize and the effort that went into the elections.</p>
