Joe Ritchie Of Lights Out Norlite On Whether Cohoes Will Buy Saratoga Sites

The Cohoes City Council on Feb. 22 met to discuss whether or not the city should buy the Saratoga Sites public housing complex across the tracks from the Norlite incinerator and raze it to turn it into an industrial property. Norlite now also wants to buy the complex to turn it into a research center for incineration.
