<p><strong>“The Mighty Jim McCarty”, as his friend Ted Nugent calls him, is one of the great legendary blues rock guitarists of the rock era. He hit the top of the charts as a teenager playing with Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels on “Devil With The Blue Dress/Good Golly Miss Molly”. He’s gone on to play with a Who’s Who including Buddy Miles, Cactus (with Carmine Appice and Tim Bogert of Vanilla Fudge fame), Mystery Train and others. He recorded with Jimi Hendrix and Bob Seger.
