"Jim Crow on Steroids" WHAT

<p>Joe Biden says the new GA law, which expands voter access according to The Washington Post, is "Jim Crow on steroids."</p> <p>It's not.  Slavery is Jim Crow on steroids.</p> <p>Families "of color" will receive payments in Oakland thanks to a city-launched project.</p> <p>The Vermont governor tweeted an offer of vaccinations to black people before white people.  In what world is that not a massive news story captivating the nation??  Ours, evidently.</p>
