I am on my own, independent, and had to learn my way in the world. I chose tennis, a sport that taught me how to solve a problem, figure things out, and how to be tough in between the lines.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[09:38] I was at a crossroad. Here I was, a 33-year-old athlete chasing this dream, lonely, not making a lot of money, and injured. I asked myself, “Why am I doing this?” I started coaching as a tennis coach, but it was my avenue of practicing my language and communication. Be remembered for how you treated people, how you lived your life and the integrity behind it.
