We constantly are flashed highlight reels of peers  flaunting their happiest of moments.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">While we have been told by society and even on this podcast to ignore comparison, and be thankful for our own journeys we can’t ignore the feelings inside ourselves. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think of the ways jealousy can point us in the direction towards things or goals that we may want.
