In segment 2, meteorologist John Baranick had some good news on the spread of the arctic cold, but bad news for Argentine soybean producers. Chelsea Good, VP of Government Affairs at the Livestock Marketing Association discussed the positive attributes of the A-PLUS Act, recently introduced in Congress.
