*) UN: Russian attack in Dnipro possible war crime UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has condemned Saturday’s Russian missile strike in Ukraine’s Dnipro, which left at least 40 dead, as a possible war crime. According to his spokesperson, Guterres said the strike was another example of a suspected violation of the laws of war.
