This fork in the road is really nothing more than a cold drink stop between the tourist heavy Napa Valley and the recreational area of Lake Berryessa. Less than a quarter mile from the general store, post office and garage, there’s an unassuming little building called the “Pope Valley Farm Center”. This is where the story of Cash Creek began.</p> <p>A group of local teenagers with big dreams and a love of Country Music, formed a band called “Silver Creek”. They began honing their craft by playing the 4H and FFA dances at the beloved Farm Center. Over the next several years, with a few personnel and band name changes, they became a regional phenomenon, performing in front of thousands of fans at every club, fair, and festival throughout the western United States. It wasn’t long until they began to attract the attention of some record labels in Nashville. Soon after, they were showcasing for the top A &amp; R reps in town.
