<p>I always love an open and honest conversation. And this week on the podcast, Jake Daley and I are having a great conversation about gender roles and sexuality. We don't live in a binary world. And it's conversations like this that need to continue to happen! Especially when it comes to theatre, casting and thinking outside the box. I often find myself asking these questions: How can we be more inclusive? How can we advocate for more diversity?
