It’s Just Easier to Mow Around It - Audio

Have you ever thought, I can get to this later? I don’t need to do this now. It is really not that important. Maintenance. I was with my brother Frank, this week in the farm country of western Flagler County, Florida, when we were looking at a very large and beautiful field that had been mowed. It was framed with cattle and tall summer crops in the background, green and vibrant. The land was adjacent to a beautiful house that has been in a family for over a hundred years. But, in the middle of the field was an old abandoned truck. It was ancient, rusted and derelict and the mowers of the field, well, they just mowed around it. I mean the same big tractor that mowed this big field surely had a small chain and hook that could have been attached to the small truck and moved it out of the field. But, it was obviously just easier to mow around it. To know it is there but not deal with it and mow around It. I have stuff like that in my life. It is just easier to mow around it than to deal with it……attitudes, thoughts, actions,…It is amazing how much a real-life example can speak. Do you have stuff you are mowing around?
