Is This Who I Am?

<p>How you perceive yourself determines you behaviors.  If you perceive yourself as being as capable as anyone else, you'll behave accordingly.  I you perceive yourself as the type of person who has limitations on your abilities, you'll behave accordingly.</p> <p>Have you ever said, or heard someone say "this is who I am"?  Like you, I've said this about myself, and I've heard probably thousands of others say it about themselves.  What are you really saying to yourself and others when you say this?</p>
