Is the War in Afghanistan Ending or Evolving?

<p>On COI #97, Kyle breaks down Biden's announcement that he will not withdraw US troops from Afghanistan by May 1st. The new plan is for US troops to leave the country by 9/11. However, even if US troops leave, 6,000 American contractors remain. The US will also maintain the ability to launch airstrikes in Afghanistan.
