Is the "Fake It Till You Make It" Mindset Toxic?

<p>I'm talking about all the fake a$$ h0e$ in our lives... just kidding! What does it mean to be a fake friend or person? I think fakeness falls on a spectrum. You can be obviously fake by talking bad behind your friend's back or cautiously fake, like when you tell your friend that her haircut isn't <i>that </i>bad. I basically debate with myself throughout this entire episode (with the help of your suggestions).
