Is piecemeal the way?

<p>A major concern  over the sheer volume of unemployment relief payments during COVID was always the potential for fraud.  Well, that fear may have become a reality.  And, as Chris surmises, if the amount the imposters stole is anywhere near what<a href="https://www.axios.com/pandemic-unemployment-fraud-benefits-stolen-a937ad9d-0973-4aad-814f-4ca47b72f67f.html?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=newsletter_axiosam&stream=top"> Axios has reported</a>, then foreign crime syndicates have surely won this  battle.  </p><p><strong>Also on the Table: </strong>We'd all prefer something rather than nothing, right? This same logic may apply to how to get a stagnant Senate to move.  Case and point: the Senate passing the <i>Innovation and Competition Act </i>with a 68/32 vote.  Is it time to consider doing HR1/S1 in pieces to get more Senators on board?</p><p><strong>You've Been Warned: </strong>Never mess with another person's  Lip Smackers.
