Is JobMaker a dud?

If there's one thing people want from their Government during a recession, it's jobs. Luckily, the Federal Government has a new scheme called JobMaker. The question is, does it do what it says on the packet? Today on The Signal, the Government is tipping billions of dollars into JobMaker as a way to help young people into the workforce.
