Is It Time To Buy Bitcoin?

Cryptotraders the world over saw the first proper retracement in the current bull run. Will investors return, will institutions see this as their opportunity to buy or will we see a deeper weekly pullback, I don't know. I do know that ETH, ADA, XRP and BTC are all in the cradle zone now on the daily, I know that BCH, BNB, LINK and BSV have had their trends decimated.
