<p>Is it a Buyer's or Seller's Market. This week's episode we discuss what type of market we might be expecting now that it looks like we might be at the back end of this COVID-19 pandemic. We ended 2019 on a strong market where there were more buyers than there was homes in the market. Deals had been put on hold or frozen because of funding, furlough, sickness, or fear. Now we are seeing those deals spring back to life and finish. 2020 looks like it could be one heck of a ride in real estate.</p>
