Is hybrid work now a permanent fixture in America?

<p>You can count on traffic gridlock on <a href="https://www.nbcboston.com/news/local/inside-bostons-changing-commute/2956180/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">most Tuesdays</a> in Greater Boston as thousands of workers make their way into offices in the city. </p> <p>After the pandemic forced many workers to be remote, and then company leaders pushed for a return to the office, many have now seemed to settle on an in-between: hybrid work.</p> <p>Recent research confirms that employees consider <a href="https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2022/12/hybrid-working-remote-work-office-senior-leaders/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">hybrid to be the modern workplace</a>, giving both flexibility and job satisfaction.
