Is English Football Out of Control?

<p>Tim and Tom discuss the UK government's new plan to 'regulate' the four professional divisions of the English Football League.&nbsp;</p> <p>There's a lot of disagreement in this episode as Tim broadly agrees with the idea behind the plan but Tom is unconvinced that more regulation will make things &nbsp;better and questions whether the true motives are in the best interests of the fans or the government.</p>
