Is Bitcoin Lagging?

Bitcoin seems to be held tight to 60k while other markets move, is this price suppression or is it normal? I don't know. All I do know is that LTC, XLM, BNB and XRP don't give a hoot. They are off to the races with cryptotraders on the bandwagon. DOT is holding out BCH is struggling with resistance and ADA is still a wet dog.
