Ipswich Suffolk holds good and bad History but that's similar all over the word, but coming from a small community it would be a shame to only come together at weddings and funerals. Actions speak louder than words. When will we be permitted to have equality. Seems like everybody other than the black community has a building to develop education for their community but not the understanding of Culture principles and history. Change would
