Investors Need Equities for the Long Term

<p>Markets rally after this morning's sell-off. Mark Hamrick, Senior Economic Analyst of <a href="http://bankrate.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Bankrate.com</a> says the U.S. economy is not walled off from Russia's invasion of Ukraine. He points out that Russia is a producer of palladium (/PA) which is used in cars. He says investors need to be exposed to equities in the long-term because the outlook for fixed income is not particularly rosy. He says consumers are taking on more debt and the savings rates are going back to a more nominal position. </p><p><br></p>
