Investing in HOA's (Homeowner's Association)

<p>In this 52nd episode of We Are TPM, John &amp; Kyle discuss investing in homeowners</p><p>associations (HOAs). They explain that HOAs are groups of people who come together</p><p>and manage common areas of a property, usually in a planned development. They</p><p>discuss the different types of investments that can be made with HOAs, such as longterm, short-term, and vacation rentals. The hosts also discuss the potential negatives</p><p>associated with HOAs, such as the negative connotations people have from hearing</p><p>stories in the news and from personal experiences. Both have had a good experience overall, with financial success</p><p>and the ability to maintain and increase values.
