Introduction to the Smart Technique

<p>This introductory video speaks about a technique that I have been using to assist victims of Gender-based violence in order to GET OUT ALIVE. I had applied to TEDx Talk to explain to the world what the steps are and how persons can use them to get out of any toxicity ALIVE "if" they follow the steps according to plan.&nbsp;</p> <p>I gave you a sneak peek which is a little over a minute and I will be going in-depth of the steps and how you can use them if you are in an abusive relationship or you know of someone in an abusive relationship and you would like to help.</p> <p>The technique is S.M.A.R.T as the name suggests.</p> <p>S- Specific</p> <p>M- Mentally Strong</p> <p>A- Assess the situation</p> <p>R- React to the situation</p> <p>T- Tactful</p> <p>Gender-based violence is NOT supported and we want persons to know that there are S.M.A.R.T techniques in getting out ALIVE. #domesticviolence #enddomesticviolence #traceyannharriage #genderbasedviolence #getoutaliveworld</p>
