<p>About 60 days ago I texted Liz D, my bestie, and told her that I was going to be starting 75 Hard she replied and said &quot;oh damn idk if I can do it rn but I&apos;ve thought about it, thanks for telling me + you&apos;ll do great&quot; not even a few hours later she said &quot;f it, I&apos;m in, I ordered the book&quot;....</p> <p>and THAT is what we have learned from this program. That life is never going to be convenient, there is going to be a lot of things you don&apos;t feel like doing &amp; through this episode we are helping you bring light to the areas where you make excuses for yourself, help you recognize AND fulfill your max potential, where you can push yourself to grow &amp; achieve just a little bit more. We talk about 75 hard, what the program is &amp; what we have learned. </p> <p> </p> <p>But with us &amp; this program-- we know this is just the beginning. The things we have learned/are learning are tools that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
