Yes, Canada essentially came to a standstill when one of the big service providers went offline. It shutdown small businesses, prevented calls from getting through to 9-1-1, people couldn&apos;t post pics of their food on Instagram and even The Weeknd&apos;s concert was cancelled in Toronto. But Jeremy Bradley doesn&apos;t have much sympathy for the companies and organizations that put, as they say, all their eggs in one basket. In fact, JB says they should&apos;ve known better because there always needs to be a backup plan. JB recounts moments in his professional career where he learned that the hard way.
