International Clinical Trials Day

On Friday's Morning Focus Alan was joined by Sarah McGrath from Clarecastle and Dr Ruth Clifford, Director of the Cancer Clinical Trial Unit, at University Hospital Limerick. Marking International Clinical Trials Day on Friday May 20, Cancer Trials Ireland will host a free webinar on clinical trials for members of the public. The event will take place from 2-3pm on Friday May 20 and will be live streamed online. To register, email info@cancertrials.ie. Sarah, who works for the Department of Foreign Affairs and will be the new Irish Ambassador to Singapore is currently partaking in a trial and joined Alan in studio to discuss her journey through treatment and her experience so far.
