Integrity and Illusion - these are the 2 chapters I first jumped into when I received the book “Be Still and Know I am God - The Direct Path of Self-Realization” from author & publisher Penelope Love. Penelope is also responsible for the introduction of Dr. Koz who appeared on episode 105 “UnFunc Your Gut”, as well as modern hippie momma author Natalie Sager, who appeared in episode #107. The book author for today’s episode, Nick Gancitano, who's the husband of Penelope Love, as well as a member of the Best & Brightest, joined us for a live in-person studio recording in my South Florida home. This visit from Nick and his beautiful wife Penelope, resulted in the recording of this episode and a deep dive into Integrity, Illusion and Enlightenment through Self-Inquiry, something in my opinion we all need to re-examine. In this episode we explore questions from the Collective Human Consciousness, answers from the Infinite Intelligence and expand on the concept of Meditation versus Self Inquiry.
