In places like ritzy Montecito, California…residents are being ordered to evacuate immediately and that includes Prince Harry and wife Meghan.&nbsp;And&nbsp;we do know Prince Harry is far from the disaster zone...he's in New York continuing his media blitz for his new memoir with an appearance on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
