<p>It's what the whole nation is talking about. A balloon from China floating over U.S. airspace. The Pentagon says it's on a spying mission flying directly over missile silos in Montana leading to calls to shoot it out of the sky. And we may not have even known it was there if not for the eagle eyes of this guy - one of the first people to spot the balloon. He spoke with Steven Fabian.&nbsp;And the record cold weather is wreaking havoc from Montana to Maine. And the word is, if you don’t have to go outside…stay indoors. And thanks to the deep freeze…there's a very rare weather phenomenon happening in some places.
