<p>Our #ShockTalk Podcast guest Darren DeFrain — associate professor of English at Wichita State and the author of numerous short stories, essays, and screenplays, as well as the story collection Inside & Out (MSR Press) and the cult novel The Salt Palace (New Issues Press) — talks R&D about an app he is co-developing for visually impaired people. The app, called Vizling, enhances the experience of reading comic books and graphic novels.
