Infrared Tech and Tic Tacs with Wilbur Allen

A former White/House Air Force One engineer, working for ABC, Dr. Wilbur Allen has been a contactee since the age of five. He's also been a contract photographer for Nation Geographic. Over the years, Allen has designed infrared technology to document UAPs. Utilizing the technology, he has obtained more than 3,000 images of "Tic Tac" craft.
