Inflammation - The Scourge of Lipedema - Episode 5

<p>This Episode was long in coming. It took me a bit of time to figure out exactly how to address the topic of inflammation. I was inspired by a particularly bad bout with inflammation and thought that I really needed to be more mindful of what triggers it for me - and STOP DOING THAT! I'm sure I'm not alone. </p><p>Of course there were other things that would come up and I'd need to divert my attention away from the podcast and take care of other business. </p><p>So in Episode 5 we look at inflammation. I go over the differences between acute inflammation and chronic inflammation, triggers of inflammation and some of the things we can do to alleviate it when it happens.  </p><p>I hope you find this episode enjoyable, informative and helpful.
