Prior to becoming a transformation specialist, Lisa worked as a humanitarian aid worker for the United Nations and several NGOs - serving in the Balkans, in central and east Africa and in Afghanistan. Passionate about leading compassionately through the complexity, she began a blog and podcast focused on applying the tools in organizational change management to helping people become 'unstuck' in their own lives. Recently she published her first children's book - an uplifting children's novella inspired by her son's challenges with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) during the pandemic. She wrote the book to help anxious or neuro-divergent children see themselves as heroes of their own stories, and to remind them that small adjustments to their thinking, can transform their circumstances.
