<p>Dear Steve and Shirley, my husband and I are both in our early seventies and we've been married for 30 years. My husband has gained a significant amount of weight in the last 10 years and he’s changed in a lot of other ways. His table manners are terrible and he throws food in his mouth and sounds like he's out of breath the entire time he’s eating.
