I’m Only Dealing With FAT People

You should be in the hunt, looking for FAT people, these people have a set of unique skills that you need on your team, if you are going to be successful. F stands for Faithful, which is an observable behavior. People are present in your life, but are they Faithful. A stands for Available - they are shakers and movers. Some people have A Team, but you need THE Team. And last but not least, T which stands for Teachable- the worst people to work with are people who are not teachable.
