I'm Introducing Solid Foods To My Baby & I Have No Idea What I'm Doing

Feeding your baby is never as simple as it sounds. It starts when they’re born with the breastmilk vs. formula debate, and just as you think you’ve settled into a solid routine with bottles, it’s time to start solids. I’ve always been excited about introducing my daughter to food, but when the pediatrician gave us the go-ahead to start solids, I definitely panicked. Two months later, I still have no idea what I’m doing.
