I’m In The Same Boat - Audio

You ever had someone tell you their “story”? All the stuff they are going through and looking to download on you? All the things wrong with their job, their boss, their car, their pastor, their friend, their family. Some things maybe you don’t agree with but maybe, just maybe, you have a couple things that resonate with you about the conversation. As you listen, you might think, “Hey I am going through the same stuff as you”. That is called being in the same boat as you. You might even respond, “Hey, I’m in the same boat!” This passage in Mark talks about the disciples traveling from one side of the Sea of Galilee to the other and how during that trip a furious storm comes upon them. They were terrified about the storm. In this message we look at storms, fear of the storms and being in the same boat together, with Jesus.
