IAA's Zaccarelli: In these times, 'buy-and-hold passive is not a great strategy'

<p>Chris Zaccarelli, chief investment officer for the Independent Advisor Alliance;, says that the current economic situation is different from the Covid meltdown or other recent difficult times because "This time, the Fed doesn't have your back."
