I wish I started earlier

<p>“I wish I started earlier!” is a very common sentiment when it comes to making a change. Its one I have heard a lot over the last 15 years of coaching. Its also a sentiment I’ve echoed for some things in my life too.</p> <p>But should you be beating yourself up about not starting earlier?
